Yes the room was absolutely neglected we had a water leak in out bathroom from up, and then stairs we had giant cob web hanging from the corner light so we changed room only to have water drip from the light from the room above it. And to top it off the room above started at 4 am pacing with a huge heavy foot until we couldnt take it anymore and left at 630 am...put customer service was actually nice but the rooms were horrible

We didn't spend much time in the room the first day as we had just got married but today we spent more time in the room. We found an empty box of candy next to the chair in the room in the corner which lets me know they don't really clean the rooms. The pool was also so cold we couldn't stay in at all unfortunately and the pool was a part of why we booked this hotel. The room wasn't bad except for it not being clean right...I did like the dove soap and lotion in the room. Although we didn't do breakfast it did look and smell amazing. None of the staff seemed really friendly except for the person who was doing the breakfast the first morning we were here.
