The hotel is as described. Perched on a hillside with a stunning view of Amalfi coastline. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Well maintained property. FYI: ask for the free hotel shuttle from the ferry station when booking, be ready to pay €70-90 to get up the hill to the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a little nervous after seeing a few recent reviews but do not listen to them. Our stay was incredible. Best view in Amalfi! Staff were all very friendly, included breakfast had lots of delicious options. Shuttle bus goes into town every 30 minutes, call in advance to coordinate a pickup and save yourself 70 euro on a taxi upon arrival. Restaurant had good food and good service, room service a bit overpriced, +20 euro on top of cost. Limited minibar in the hotel room but sufficient.

Breakfast was about average for Italy( which means still good). Staff was exceptional. Floors were swept but unmoved so if you walk around room with bare feet, your feet will be very dirty. View exceptional - almost as good as Revello. And the convenience of the free shuttle is super.

Spectacular views of the Amalfi town from terrace in your room is one of the highlights of our stay in Amalfi .Free shuttle to town center is always on time. But the best was the impeccable service provided by the Argentinian trio of Martin, Florencia and Brenda. Always giving top notch service with a big smile. Definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful and understanding. Views were immaculate, room and bathroom were clean and nice. Only suggestion - read into the shuttle and book it for when you arrive to Amalfi, and reserve it and plan your ferry leaving ~60 minutes after you take the shuttle down (do this before you arrive). It's about a 40 minute walk down to sea-level and a grueling walk up if you're stupid like me and don't book the shuttle before you arrive, can't figure out a bus and were tight on time for my next attraction. Once you're at the hotel you'll feel settled because the staff has bus tickets, helpful advice on timelines and were just overall really helpful and kind.

Communication with the hotel was excellent. Always responded promptly. On arrival we were adviced to get the ferry from the Salerno station as an alternative to their private transfers. It was really easy to book and travel on the ferry, just ensure you have atleast 20 minutes between arriving to Salerno and the ferry departure timing. Staff at the hotel are very helpful. I want to especially give a shout out to Rebecca at reception, and Nicholas in the restaurant and also the shuttle drivers. We really loved the hotel but only had 2 nights there so did not use the swimming pool. It did look lovely but we never had time to swim. The breakfast had a good spread.

Our room was clean, easy to book shuttle to and from the city but would advise to be on it if you want specific times because they do book up pretty fast. The shuttle is on time but can easily be missed if it’s super packed at the bus station and you can’t see. Every member of the staff we came across was extremely kind. Our room was clean and comfortable, we loved hanging out on our balcony. The breakfast buffet was a plus! They have a steamer you can use for free which was great because all of our clothes became wrinkled while being stuffed in a suitcase every few days. If we ever come back to Amalfi, this is where we will stay.
