The apartment is in the historical center of Amalfi, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, the sea, the bus station that connects Amalfi to Positano, Sorrento, Naples, Ravello, Salerno, Pompei etc, and from the port where ferries for Capri and Ischia leave from.
Although it is in the center of Amalfi, the apartment is very quiet because it can be reached by stairs (115
steps) and is not affected by traffic noise.
The stairs are part of the landscape, the path is full of picturesque corners, typical of the area.
It is close to restaurants, cafés, banks and other facilities.
The apartment can be reached by public transport, and indeed it is suggested to come to Amalfi and move along the coast by it; however, if you prefer to travel by your own car, a pay garage is available, close to the apartment.
It is a typical amalfitana house, with vaulted ceilings reaching up to 4 meters in the central area.
The apartment has been recently refurbished ; the refurbishing has been carried out keeping to the original architectural style and employing the typical hand- painted vietrese ceramics; it is large and sunny, it is equipped with wi-fi, heating and air conditioning. The furniture is modern with some Art Nouveau pieces. From the terrace, which is approximately 25 square metres wide and furnished with table, chairs and a beach umbrella, one can enjoy a most pleasant view of the Torre dello Ziro.
Safety and wellness of our guests are our first concern: that's why we decided to extend our hygiene procedures in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency. The apartment has been sanitized according to the safety protocol released by the regional authority (certificate issued by Realvalle Group S.n.c. on 28/06/2020). Professional cleaners will grant the highest level of hygiene, sanitizing the apartment each time a guest leaves, only using sanitizing products approved by the competent governing bodies.
In August the minimum stay is 7 days.

We were not pleased with the location and the house itself
This property has a very tiny kitchen and not enough space to hang your clothes ..Also VRBO should make sure that the price posted per/night should include everything and no strings attached., like all the hotels do. I wont recommend this property to anyone

Great location and nice apartment with lovely view
We loved our stay in Amalfi ! Great apartment with a wonderful view of the town . The owner Rita was very responsive and left us a very nice welcome basket with a bunch of snacks
Only suggestions are
1) let people know in advance the best way to get to the flat with the fewest number of steps, there are a lot no matter which way you go but some are shorter than others
2) check in was a little delayed .we gave info in advance Re :which ferry we were arriving on but still waited over an hour to be able to meet the agency rep who checked us in .
Other than those few things it was wonderful!
Lots of great places to eat , prices much better than Positano and very convenient for day trips along the coast

Awesome location and patio
The perfect spot in Amalfi for travelers who don't want to bring their own vehicle. Very walkable to everything in town, including bus stops, but still plenty of stairs to get to it (like everything in the area). The apartment worked well for our group of (4) people - there was a queen bed, a couch that turned into two separable beds, and two twin beds in a loft. The loft did get very hot, so we didn't even use it. The patio is the best feature and was the perfect place to have dinner. Note that this property is managed by an agency. Tip - be sure to ask for a different check out time well in advance so they know when to meet you. You will have to put down a deposit in cash for the second key and you will have to pay for A/C consumption (very minimal).

Above the Fray (crowds)
We loved this apartment. It had everything we needed (except a fan in the loft, which we easily bought on the main street). You can easily walk everywhere from here. It is also close to the ferry and bus terminals. However, it is not for the faint of fitness - because you will climb several stairs, several times a day to come and go. If staying in shape is your goal, you will not go wrong here. It is away from the crowds in the piazza and therefore very quiet. It also has a lovely large patio for your morning coffee and your evening glass of wine. We enjoyed our stay in Amalfi, and I would come back to this apartment in the future.

We loved our home away in Amalfi. The flat was clean, the views of the mountains were lovely!
Our unit was very clean, the kitchen is small but we ate out so no problem. The views were amazing of the nearby hills. The patio was a great addition to our Home Away, because not only could we enjoy the views, we could sit and relax, we had a clothesline which was handy and we could enjoy the wonderful sound of church bells from the comfort of the patio. There were quite a few stairs to get to the apartment, but that was good for our general fitness. There were 4 adults in the unit and we had plenty of space. It was a quiet peaceful environment which we all took the opportunity to sit and relax away from the hustle and bustle of The Amalfi township. The agents were more than helpful. They were so willing to advise and help us out with everything! The owner responded to our enquiry quickly and our communication was stress free. We would go back to the apartment again!

Excellent location
This place was in the perfect location for someone traveling with young kids. We were minutes away from the heart of amalfi and it was so easy to come and go from the apartment. The management company was super helpful and amazing.
The only issue we had was that the upstairs bedroom was very hot. We had the air conditioning on and even opened windows but it didn’t seem to help. The kids complained every morning of being hot all night.
The kitchen was tiny but we didn’t eat many meals at home. The washing machine was great and the terrace was perfect to hang out at night.
We loved it and would definitely return and recommend it!!
