This was a great place to stay. Mary, front desk, helped with accomodations needed for my husbands disabilities and my preferences. The breakfast is great. The pool and laundry facilities clean at all times. I would definitely stay here again. Price was fair. Close to everything we needed: downtown Placerville, Walmart, everything within minutes. Thank you staff!

There was no working elevator which if you're on the 3rd floor or 1st floor, good luck with carrying your stuff up and down. Everything else was great. The pool and spa are well maintained. I love that some rooms have sliding doors to go outside and some right out to the pool area. Breakfast was of great quality. It's in a quiet area but close of a drive to their downtown area.

We stayed here for three nights. A good value for the price. Breakfast was decent, the smallish pool was well-liked by the kids. The room was clean and comfy, although the bed was very soft. Some staff were very helpful, others seemed irritated by our presence. With only one person at the desk at any time, sometimes you had to wait a few minutes for pool towels. We also had put out our "clean room" sign one day, and it was ignored.

6/10 Okay

Hotel is about average. Does not have a "wow" factor, but clean enough to spend a night. I think @$299 a night is way overpriced for a three-star quality hotel.
