Great hotel and I hope the problems we had were only teething problems. This is not yet a 5 star hotel. Once it improves its processes, guest service and restaurant experience it will get there. The hotel looks good and is well furnished and quiet except for the traffic noise that is normal for Altea. The spa pool was very good and clean. The restaurant lacks ambience, service was poor and the food overpriced in comparison to lots of great restaurants nearby. The service at breakfast and check-in was good. However, the evening before we were leaving we informed them we would need an early checkout by 8am. This caused problems! It took a while to sort out after first being told that we couldn’t checkout early. In the end we paid the evening before after seeing an itemisation of our bill on WhatsApp msgs on a hotel screen. It put a sour note to our stay. We still have not received an invoice for the bills charged to our room. I hope this hotel improves as we would like to stay there agin and we travel to Altea frequently to visit family.

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked into the hotel. It is beautifully designed and still quite new. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful, always making sure we were enjoying our stay. I recommend this

Nytt hotell med herlige fasiliteter; spa, svømmebasseng, lite trim rom. Perfekt lokasjon i forhold til både strand og gamlebyen. Almost brand new hotel in Altea. Close to shops, the Old Town and the sea. Very nice room with a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom. High quality bluetooth speaker also present. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, served with knowledge and passion. Very good wines, both local, national and from abroad. The sommelier’s knowledge and bold pairing of wines with the food is a story you need to experience! All in all a very good experience!

Loved the interior of this hotel. The service and the staff was amazing, made you feel so welcome! The only thing was the spa, it felt dirty and not taken care of. It was dirt in the bottom and I even saw a long-tailed silverfish floating by. Made me jump up and in the shower. Also I booked a treatment in the evening before dinner, but the staff made a mistake, so no treatment for me - and no apology :(

Sentirse como en casa

El hotel el maravilloso para desconectar en pareja, las instalaciones te hacen sentir como en casa desde la habitación hasta la comida ( la cocina que hacen está muy buena) es un 10/10. El personal es maravilloso en especial María, es encantadora y muy dulce. También la gente que trabaja en el salón de comida. Si tuviese que poner alguna pega sería a la orientación de la habitación que nos tocó, daba a la calle principal y desde la ventana la gente te ve, tenía que estar la cortina pasada.
