About this property

Greeter Falls Lodge Common Area

In 1954, the Northcutt Brothers built the Northcutt Brothers Lumber & Building Supply next to the familly sawmill. In addition, they had a large woodworking business where they made windows and doors, church pews, handles, communion and Bible racks for the back of church pews, chicken house trusses and no telling what else.

In 1998, Dr. Joe Gray purchased the building from his friends, the Northcutt Brothers, and when Dr. Gray passed away his son decided to restore the building into a place where family, friends, church groups, corporate groups and others could gather and enjoy each other while being within a mile or so of magnificent waterfalls and views, hiking, climbing and the great outdoors.

On March 3, 2023 the venue opened and hosted a church group from the Nashville area.

We always love our guests and are so looking forward to meeting and making many more friends in the years to come.

PLEASE NOTE: because of this is an event venue, you will have to contact us via phone 931.407.1017 or email info@southcumberlandgetaways.com

The Lodge is available for nightly stays of between 12 - 24 guests and we also have a day rate for meetings. We have other properties within a mile or so that enable us to accommodate up to 50 guests.
