Here we find a dedicated cinema room, a bedroom, two bathrooms (one indoor and one outdoor to service the pool), a kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area, as well as a large outdoor cinema screen (200 inches) for unforgettable evenings.

On the first floor, we have a 90-square-meter living room with an open kitchen (55 square meters living room and 35 square meters kitchen), two bedrooms, another computer, a 4K projector, two TVs (85 and 100 inches), and a bathroom in the living room and kitchen, all surrounded by spacious terraces with pergolas.
