Horacio was very welcoming, and the apartment is in a fine location for visiting La Donana park.

Horacio is a gracious host, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. The location is great, with miles of awesome beaches a short walk away, and easy access to La Donana park within a short driving distance. In addition to a small kitchen, there is washing machine available, and secure off-street parking. A delight!

Gemütliche ruhige Wohnung

Insgesamt 4 prima Tage in der ruhigen Wohnung verbracht. Musste zeitweise im Homeoffice arbeiten, was mit dem angebotenen Internet der Wohnung hervorragend geklappt hat. Kleiner Supermarkt und Früchteladen war trotz Nebensaison offen und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wohnung wurde mit einer elektrischen Heizung gemütlich warm. Horacio ist ein toller Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour dans ce petit logement en rez-de-chaussée, tout près de la plage. Le quartier est calme, très bien situé, et donne accès aux activités de la station mais aussi au magnifique parc de Doñana voisin. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, toujours de bon conseil et qui parle très bien français. Merci Horacio !

Estancia muy agradable y el propietario siempre atento, uno de los mejores puntos es poder aparcar el coche dentro de la propiedad ya que la zona junto a la playa es escasa en aparcamiento. Como aspecto a mejorar los colchones, muy blandos.

La casa provista de todo tipo de detalles. Microondas, tostadora, cocina bien provista, un detalle que hubiese aceite, vinagre, sal, servilletas... Schöne Wohnung, sehr günstige Lage

Schöne Souterrain Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht , um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Geschützter Platz für das Auto. Möglichkeit, auch draußen zu essen oder zu sitzen. Sehr nah zum Meer und zum "Zentrum" der Stadt. Alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Wichtige Dinge, wie Heizung oder einige Grundnahrungsmittel wurden vom Vermieter bereit gestellt. Wir persönlich hätten ein Doppelbett bevorzugt. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Winter ist allerdings in Matalascanas sehr wenig los und die Stadt ist quasi verlassen.. Für Menschen, die in die Ruhe kommen wollen ist es optimal.

Ruhig und Strandnähe

Wir waren für 10 Tage im Januar da. Horacio hat uns an der Tankstelle vor dem Ort abgeholt. Sehr nett und freundlich. Wohnung ist gut, im Winter etwas dunkel. Es war kühl und wir haben zwei Heizer bekommen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Das Auto stand geschützt im Hof. Klare Empfehlung von uns.

Wir waren eine Woche da - nette kleine Wohnung, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, spricht auch deutsch. Immer warmes Wasser, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Alles gut. Danke. Estuvimos allí por una semana, un bonito pequeño apartamento, un anfitrión muy amable, también habla alemán. Siempre agua caliente, lavadora disponible. Todo bien. Gracias.
