Over het algemeen een prima hotel. Zou voor de volgende keer een andere kamer aanvragen i.v.m. de ligging: tot laat kwamen er nog mensen terug van stappen en maakten veel lawaai; mijn kamer lag in de buurt van de inkomsthal. De volgende ochtend om 07:00 wakker geworden door stampende kinderen bij het ontbijtbuffet, mijn kamer was hier recht tegenover. Als laatst had ik een lekkage gevonden over een kabel naast het raam. Ik wilde dit de volgende dag melden aan de receptie, maar er was geen bel, maar wel een bordje waarop stond 'de sleutel achterlaten op de balie.' Al met al, prima hotel, schone bedden en douche, alleen bovenstaande puntjes zou ik in acht houden bij een volgend verblijf.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was disappointed by the car parking. Primarily it is very small and difficult to enter and exit. Furthermore, despite paying for a space, the hotel sold my space twice. After being directed to an area designated ‘no parking’ by the hotel staff, I found my car blocked in the following morning. Presumably by angry residents of the adjacent buildings. Additionally, the amount of services dropped due to ‘COVID’ seems more about saving the hotel money than safety; bed was not re-made or sheets changed, no new towels provided unless requested, no room cleaning, breakfast small and not very varied. If services are being dropped due to safety then why are they still being paid for in the room price? Finally, the rooms are dark (even with all the lights on). That being said the rooms are quiet with the extra thick walls.

De kamer zag er redelijk uit daar wil ik mee zeggen dat de schoonmaak beter kan er zat schimmel in de badkamer tussen de tegels. Er zat ook aardig wat spinrag in de kamer. De douchekop zit vol kalk waar door je niet lekker kon douchen. De tv op de kamer deed het niet er waren geen tv zenders geïnstalleerd daar ben ik een tijdje mee bezig geweest maar kreeg het niet voor elkaar. Het bed was prima

Bij aankomst was het 26 graden op de kamer inclusief mobiele Airco waar de slang buiten hing dit werkt niet. S'nachts om 0.200 uur de Airco uitgezet ivm vreselijke herrie en het was nog steeds 26 graden. Aan beide kanten van het bed zat een minimale ruimte van ca 40 a 50 cm om te lopen met uitstekels van een hekwerk en raamsluiting. de TV was onbedienbaar zelfs eigen personeel weet niet hoe deze TV werkt. De prijsverhouding die men berekend is niet conform wat men aanbied. We zijn om 08.00 uur maar naar naar huis gegaan ivm warmte van de kamer en daar ziek van werden. We hebben dit ook gemeld aan de receptie. Het ontbijt hebben we niet genomen om als reden wat een belachelijke prijs. Wat wel erg goed was is het sanitair en als tip leg minstens een blad neer als bedien voorschrift tv, Wifi code en calamiteiten nummers. Voor ons geen tweede keer. Jack

Cuando llegué a las 22:30, tenia u sobre en recepcion con mi llave, nadie para atender me dieron una habitacion con una cama que se hundia en el medio y cuarto de baño sin aseo, el aseo tenia que salir a la zona de recepcion y usar el general del hotel.
