Fantastic stay!

The family really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast could’ve used more alternative meat selections however there was plenty of breakfast options. The pool was great, it was very fun. Beautiful location.

Facilities brilliant. Food served was great. Lots of options. Star incredibly helpful. Location to the beach is only 5mins away. Free shuttle back and forth was perfect. A great week spent here.

Beautiful, clean and relaxing. Perfect except the amazing beach nearby is not close enough on foot and hotel shuttle is infrequent. Quick cheap uber so not an issue. Will stay again if in the area. I recommend the place!

We really enjoyed this stay! The pools were very nice and large and the staff was amazing. They were always very attentive and around when we needed something. They also had a free shuttle to the beach. I think the pool bar food could have been better (especially for the price), but overall this was a great experience!

Our suite was very nice and what we expected. The air conditioner for the suite was tempermental so the first night we did not have air conditioning and it was not comfortable at all. The customer service was by far, hands down, nothing short of amazing. Rafael was a driver to take guests to the beach and he was polite, professional and always on time and flexible. Another driver took us to a look out point which we never would have been to, had he not shown us and went out of his way. The concierge was patient and accomodating. On guest of the hotel was checking in and I saw the entire interaction - the guest was rude in tone of voice and words including body language. Concierge maintained professionalism and a friendly demeanor. I certainly wouldnt have. Outdoor Pool was great and refreshing, plenty of chairs to go around for everyone. I like how they dont charge for a poolside canopy, it is given on a first come first serve which I think is fair. We used the gym and indoor pool. Both were in good shape, great variety for gym equipment. Restaurant dinner meal was fantastic and the menu had a great variety. Buffet breakfast was what you would expect. Overall good. Overall experience, other than one night with the air conditioner, it was a great and yes, I would go back. A.D. from Toronto, Ontario, Canada
