Charmingly restored windmill overlooking the valley with a 300 m² enclosed garden and beautiful views of the countryside dotted with wind turbines.

Nearby: Ally (Rodde antimony and silver mine, windmills, wind farm), Lavoûte-Chilhac 11 km away (Cluniac priory, bridge over the Allier River, swimming, whitewater sports, village, services and shops). Upon arrival, you will find a windmill with a spacious layout opening onto the 300 m² enclosed garden, furnished with a large table ideal for al fresco dining.

Stepping through the door, you will enter the living room/kitchen located on the ground floor.

Upon reaching the stairs, you will find the sleeping area (double bed and TV), as well as the shower room/WC beyond.
