Very poor conditions

This hotel needs to taken off your list! It is a dive/dump. No lamp shade, heater was noisy. I unplugged the fridge due to its noise. I have never stayed at such an awful place in my life. Hotels.com used to have reputable lodging, not so much anymore. HORRIBLE!!! And the advertised breakfast was a package of 'Uncle Wally's Bake Shoppe Muffins', choco chip. No milk, juice, or tea bags. Coffee and hot water, only. All the furnishings were there, though not used. Highly disappointed. We were traveling, made late night reservations, and picked this hotel all because of the price and stated 'breakfast included' on your site. Breakfast is NOT a package of 2 small muffins!!!

This room was filthy, I felt like crying, the floor bed, tub, toilet sink all filthy, dirty condom wrapper on the floor. We were exhausted so we slept in our clothes. The bed was hard like a box spring, this place should be closed down we left day break as soon as we got in the car we encountered a man with a hoodie and a mask in the parking lot. Thank god we were in motion already

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. The place stank of stale air. I was given one thin, fraying greyish-white towel. Therd was no bath mat. The fridge door did not open. One bedside lamp had no bulb. The A/C- geatet did not work. The sink did not drain. The bed had a creased sheet and a very thin cover. No duvet or blanket. I asked for one and was handed a filthy blanket with several cigarette holes. The manager shrugged his shoulders. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The place was dirty. The towels and pillowcases were grimy looking. Breakfast was supposed to start at seven but the young woman in charge was sitting on her phone when I had mentioned it to her and then got up to go get it ready.

I wasn’t looking for anything fancy but I would have appreciated clean. Room and bedding seemed like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. I would have left if we hadn’t pre-paid through the app.

The carpet was filthy. The towels - all two of them - were incredibly old with stains. I got a blanket out of my truck and slept on top of the bed as the bed cover it was so old and unkept. No microwave oven. The chair was broken.

Worse than a house of horrors.

The staff member was very rude. When we explained that we meant to reserve a non-smoking room, we were told no changes even though there were available rooms. Then the key would not work and the staff member acted like we were a bother to him. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. There were cigarette burns on the chair, floor, bed linnen, ans pillows. There were roaches crawing around the room. Even though the roon was advertised as having a mini fridge abs TV, there was not either of those. There were no towels or wash cloths. The room smelled so bad we couldn't even stay. We left shortly after we checked in and went and slept in the car in a rest area.

They had bed bugs and roaches broken ac mosquitoes and terrible breakfast they didnt have laundry or a hair dryer the tub was disgusting the bathroom ahad pubic hair they over charged me and kept some of my deposit because i spoke up about the nasty bloody sheet and bed bugs they had cigarette burns in pillows and sheet and the carpet was filthy so ffilthy we couldnt be barefoot and some one try to break in our room and my husbad lost his wallet and they didnt care and came checkout they bang on door and harrass until u do so and i was banned wothout my knowledge because i asked for a refund due to the bed bugs biting me and us sitting in the lobby to wait for manager
