This fourth floor flat has been fully refurbished in 2017 to high standard offering you all you need for a great stay in Alicante.
The property has three bright double bedrooms, two of them have access to a shared balcony. All bedrooms have air-con. There is a large living room with a dining space to accommodate up to six people (the dinning table opens-up) and provides access to a balcony overlooking the esplanade.
There is a good size kitchen with all appliances including a breakfast table.
The flat comes with a family bathroom and a guest toilette.
Sheets and towels will be provided and there are multiple wardrobes across the flat for storage.
The property is officially registered as a touristic property as per Spanish tourism property laws. VT-456458-A Category E, Standard. As per the law, personal details will be required to be provided at check-in.

Very nice
The property was very nice, and very close to many of the interesting things in Alicante, like the Mercado, the Castel and the Esplanade. Tania was great and very helpfu.
