Hosting two bedrooms; a double, and a twin, along with a bathroom, and a ground floor shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, utility, and a lounge/diner. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed garden with lawn, gravelled area, and patio. Resting in a charming location with pleasant rural views, Owl's Roost is a wonderful retreat in a peaceful part of England.

Alford is a market town in Lincolnshire and offers a range of shops. Markets take place throughout the year, the most famous being the Christmas markets. Alford is known for its Grade 1 listed working windmill and Alford Manor House, and there are plenty of walking and cycling routes.
