Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area for socialising as well as a boot/utility room to leave everything after a day exploring the Wolds means there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. This property has a private terrace with a glass balustrade. Not only can you relax in the living room to take in the view across the valley, but you can also enjoy it from a private terrace or even while soaking away in the large hot tub. There are good walks and cycle routes straight from the door.

To the east are the sandy beaches of Skegness which offers a good day out for everyone to enjoy from miles of seaside walks to all the fun of the fair is this traditional seaside resort. Inland there are good days out to be had browsing around the Lincolnshire Wolds market towns of Louth and Horncastle with Alford also only 10 minutes’ drive away. The city of Lincoln well known for its castle and historic Steep Hill with the cathedral dominating the skyline. You can also visit the stunning gardens of the Arboretum and the vibrant Brayford Waterfront for lunch. Beach 11 miles. Nearest shop 1½ miles, pub 2 miles by car.

We had a fantastic week at Lizzie's cottage.

We had a fantastic week at Lizzie's cottage. The accommodation itself is much bigger than we expected and the beds were really comfy. The views from the back are stunning, and the children liked watching the cows. Plenty to do in the local area, but very easy to just relax and stay there for a day. The hot tub is huge! The whole place was very clean and we had everything we needed. We'd definitely recommend to other people and hope to book again!
