We stayed two nights. The rooms were cleaned. Had to tighten all the legs on the coffee table but no big deal. I would suggest the pillows be changed out. They were indescribable. Mattress was long over due to he changed out as well. Would probably stay there again.

Elevators were down (had to use stairs). The fitness center has had all weights removed, so only had cardio equipment basically. The air must have gone out in the lobby, because at breakfast, they had box fans out and we were sweating. We went downstairs to get a couple of towels to dry off, and all they had were wash cloths. Also, they stocked the bathroom with 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. No other soap to wash hands and/or bathe with. Sure, we could've probably gone and requested more, but who wants to do that after you've had a long day in the heat, and just want a shower. Overall, not a great experience at all. And P.S., we had others in our group that stayed in other rooms, and they shared some of the same complaints. To be fair though, the location is not bad and the hotel is not "filthy" or anything, so it certainly has much potential. If I see/or hear they straighten up a few things, I would certainly give them another shot if/when I'm in the area again.

The overall expectations weren't high to start with. But when you walk in ya room a paint is literally peeling off and splotchy. The beds are full size not queen and the pillows are small.. it's kinda like you want to be a big dawg hotel but you still don't wanna spend money to get it where it needs to be.... I'm pretty sure I know who owns this hotel based on how many corners were cut.... However the staff was very friendly and nice... The front desk was helpful as much as they could be... But the owners definitely have limited this locations success potential..

This hotel is disgusting and the staff is rude. I cannot even begin to describe the level of filth in the bathroom. Mold, dirt all over the walls, the shower curtain was nasty. The coffee maker in the room was broken. The sheets smelled sour. I will never stay here again.

The room stuck so bad. It smelled like someone doing majuana in the room. There was only 2 towels and 2 face towels in the room and they only did room service every other day. I was told at check-in that I could go to front desk to get clean towels. We left very early Saturday morning to go to ball park and it was 11pm when we got back to the room. I went to the desk and asked for clean towels to bathe and was told they did not have any. My husband had asked before me and they said all they had was a little thin short towel that was so turned up it should had been thrown in the garbage. Luckily there was this sweet couple checking in at 11pm that night and she went to her room and gave me a washcloth and a hand towel so I could bathe. The workers were not friendly or helpful.
