Kind of disappointed in the experience here. The staff that we interacted with were friendly. The hotel seems updated but very dingy and in need of a deep cleaning. Our entire floor smelled of smoke and the people in the room next to ours were definitely smoking marijuana. Our room was never visited by housekeeping during the three nights that we stayed here. Our trashcans were never emptied and we were never given more towels. I don't make a big deal about having the bed made, but having the trash taken out would have been nice. I am really glad that it was just myself and my spouse on this trip and we didn't have any of our kids with us.

Among their staff, Sandia stood out. She was most helpful and looks after guests needs. Good size of rooms. Breakfast need more variety, like fruits and yoghurt.

The room itself was clean but the poor bathroom was falling apart. There was no fan in the bathroom for the humidity so the walls were pealing. The vanity had been beaten up - missing pieces and paint, the tub was extremely old and in need of a new glaze, the shower head barely put out water. We were only there to catch some sleep and freshen up a bit before hitting the road again but it still could've been better.
