The carpet was badly stained, there was a brown liquid stain on the floor under the bathroom sink, the sitting chair had a nasty stain on it so you didn’t want to sit on it, the phone in room did not work, the tv was small and had terrible color and it didn’t work when I arrived, and the halls reaked a terrible mildew odor, the water was barley warm in the shower. But the bed was ok.

There was literally a butt crack stain on the couch. There were cockroaches around the room. The carpets were dirty, and there was mildew in the shower. The air conditioning wouldn’t shut off all night. There was dirt and dust all over the fixtures and the corners of the carpet. The room was big! Big and dirty.

The toilet in our room stopped up and the front desk didn't have a plunger or access to one. We were told we could come down to the lobby to use the bathroom. The sleeper sofa was dry rotted, my grand daughter feel through the side of the bed. The hotel also smelled of marijuana. Over all it was not a pleasant stay.

Carpet is filthy and needs to be replaced all over the hotel. Bathroom had areas of mold in shower. Hotel is very outdated. Staff is friendly and beds comfortable but not well maintained at all.
