The first rook we were in had a terrible smell. It smelled old and was musty. The room felt “wet” like there may have been a leak or something. The beds were also “damp” and made your clothes feel like that after sitting on them. Stains all in the carpet. Went to front desk and they quickly changed our room which was a little better. Still had a stuffy feel and smell but better than the first. Hallway had smell of marijuana and there was dirty rags on the floor outside of numerous rooms.

The property was dated and could benefit to be updated. The bathroom wasnt very clean (especially the tub area). There were random hairs all over the bathroom. The ice machine and vending machines were not functional on the third floor. The customer service and staff were very good and very accommodating. Check-in was very easy and took very little time. The facility was overall quiet and i did not have any issues.
