This great ground floor condo right off 280 in Alex City is conveniently located just across from River North Marina. The condo sleeps 8 guests and has its own dedicated boat slip for use during your stay. The full kitchen with coffee maker, Keurig, ice maker & breakfast bar opens to the dining area and living area with a sliding glass door to the patio. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, sliding glass door to the patio, and its own bathroom. The first bedroom upon entering the condo features a queen size bed. Double size bunk beds are in the guest room down the hall with the capacity to sleep 4. These 2 rooms share a full hallway bathroom with a large countertop and shower/tub combo. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. No pets or smoking allowed!

Auburn Parents Weekend

Short trip for Auburn parents weekend - property was about 30 min away from campus, much cheaper than staying in hotel for gameday. Property had everything we needed. Wished the main bedroom had a king bed but Queen was sufficient. Only thing I would change is maybe put some curtains in the master bedroom instead of the vertical blinds. It felt like people outside might could see in. The outside porch ceiling needs to be pressure washed badly. For some reason the showers make a weird loud whistling sound but other than that, everything was great. Would stay there again definitely.

Great place!. Excellent accomodations. Boat "slip" really is not a slip - tie up on wall. Suggestion - badly need more shade at pool. There were stands for umbrellas but no umbrellas.

Beautiful Property

Perfect place for a lake getaway! Fully equipped, clean and nice. Only a 30 second walk out the back door to be on our boat in our assigned slip and the lake is just beautiful with many great places to eat. Condo has great access to a nice pool area and cabana with several grills. The property is well maintained and ensured a fun trip!

Parking passes required but not in condo. Difficult to work tvs. Air condition resets itself during night. Get up at a 79 de grees in condo. Otherwise it is a great place and we will return .

Beautiful Place To Stay

This was a great place to stay. Just stepping out onto the patio was beautiful. Step out the back door and you are right at the pool and lake. I loved that it is on the floor level. The inside of the condo is amazing. Very roomy and nice. No complaints here!

Early Fall Stay

House is clean and comfortable. Pretty little view and close to grilling area. Very comfortable for a family. Listing need to be updated to reflect Queen bed in Master bedroom instead of king. TiVo has constant errors referencing a tuning adapter problem making the TV unusable. Bunk beds where a little wobbly.

Nice size condo

The condo is nice size and accommodated our family of six quite nicely. It’s on the north part of the lake close to Alexander city and close to grocery stores. Not much of a view from this condo however there is a nice covered BBQ area located right outside the back door with nice views. The advertised boat slip was a little deceptive in that it’s not an actual slip but rather a designated spot along the sea wall. It’s quite the drive by boat to some of the more popular spots including chimney rock, or to some of the restaurants. However it’s close to the state park with zip line, and ice cream stand. We found the pinewood island to be our favorite spot while we were there and it’s a short boat ride away. During the week it was quite nice as the lake wasn’t very crowded and we found tubing and water skiing to be much easier then on the weekend. This is a nice option if looking for an affordable place to stay.
