Appartamento semplice e abbastanza comodo.Proprietario disponibile e gentile.La posizione, oltre che per il mare nelle immediate vicinanze, è ideale se si vuole esplorare diverse spiagge senza percorrere tanti chilometri.

Una bella vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato veramente bene nell’appartamento Di Biagio “IL CARRUBO-ASFODELO”. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica che ci ha permesso di goderci le spiagge sia dello ionio che dell’Adriatico a massimo un’oretta di distanza! La casa comodissima con lavatrice e il terrazzo esterno che è veramente utile per cenare o fare colazione fuori! È molto arioso, ma comunque dotato di aria condizionata! Comodo posto auto privato! Siamo stati molto bene, un grazie al disponibilissimo Biagio! Ci ha fornito un sacco di numeri utili e soprattutto ci ha fatto entrare in casa molto prima del previsto! Grazie davvero

Vacanze da favola !!!!

Appartamento in ottima posizione x visitare tutte le meravigliose spiagge sia dal lato adriatico che ionico, situato in una marina molto carina e soprattutto tranquilla. Terrazza molto ampia e vivibile con barbecue e doccia !! Biagio il propietario persona squisita e disponibilissima!! Struttura straconsigliata.

Tutto perfetto!

Un piccolo appartamento ma fornito di tutto! La posizione del nostro appartamento era ottima, arieggiatissima, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di accendere l’aria condizionata :) Fantastica la doccia esterna ed il terrazzino per cenare fuori al fresco. Letto comodissimo e cucina con tutto il necessario. Siamo stati benissimo, anche con il nostro cucciolo di labrador :)

Vista Tranquillizzante

Alzarsi la mattina sedersi fuori dal terrazzo al fresco ed ammirare il paesaggio circostante immerso nel verde degli ulivi e dei pini è quanto di più rilassante abbiamo provato durante la nostra vacanza. Ci ha ripagato abbondantemente del lungo viaggio che abbiamo fatto per raggiungere questo incantevole Salento ricco di bellezze e pieno di gente simpatica e gentile.

Magnifico posto

È stata una bella vacanza in una bella casa e in una bella Marina. Posti incantevoli con panorami mozzafiato. La casa è accogliente con tutto il necessario, fresca e con un bel terrazzo cui rilassarsi. La vista è molto rilassante e tranquillizzante. Insomma abbiamo trascorso bei giorni. Perfekter Urlaub durch ansprechende Ferienwohnung (mit Parkplatz !) und abwechslungsreiche Umgebung

Die gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen entspannten Urlaub nötig ist: Eine funktionelles Bad mit Dusche und eine großzügige Terrasse (mit Grill) mit Blick Richtung Meer, Fernsehen. Die Nutzung der Waschmaschine erlaubte leichtes Gepäck ... Bettwäche und Handtücher konnten auch im nachherein (vor Urlaubsantritt) mitbestellt werden.Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen – bis zum Felsenstrand (sehr gut zum schnorcheln) waren nur knapp 10 Min. zu gehen. Eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist fast nebenan, viele Lokale und eine Menge Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Material und Tipps hierzu sind in der Wohnung zu finden. Das Ein-/ Aus-Checken mit Biagio war problemlos. Ein Wiederkommen ist nicht ausgeschlossen

CONFORTEVOLE E TRANQUILLA VACANZA

Nonostante il Periodo siamo stati molto fortunati in quanto il tempo è stato fantastico. SOLUZIONE CONFORTEVOLE

Davvero molto comodo. Appartamento con camera da letto salone/cucina, bagno e uno splendido terrazzo dove potersi rilassare all'ombra del pergolato e nel meraviglioso paesaggio di ulivi e alberi di pino. Poi devo dire che si dorme veramente bene, sarà l'ubicazione dell'appartamento, ma all'interno c'è sempre una piacevole ventilazione oltre al confort dell'appartamento ben costruito. C'è poi il parcheggio interno molto comodo. Per non parlare poi di Novaglie e della sua bellissima marina di scogli accesibili, poi quest'anno ci siamo divertiti oltre a girare per visitar altri affascinanti luoghi, come il Ciolo, anche con una Escursione qui nella Marina di Novaglie dove Michele il proprietario della barca, molto gentile, ci ha condotti alla visita di diverse grotte, veramente belle. Chiudo ringraziando il proprietario dell'Appartamento Biagio, sempre pronto disponibile ed altrettanto gentile. Ciao salento .. speriamo in futuro di rivederci presto.

Ottima soluzione

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nell'appartamento "Ruta" al primo piano. L'appartamento è bello e funzionale con un terrazzo ampio completo di doccia esterna e barbecue. Il mare (scogliera) si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti, il paese è piccolo e tranquillo e la posizione è ottima come punto di partenza per visitare le altre zone del Salento. Confermo la disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario. Da consigliare

Posto tranquillo

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in appartamento al primo piano, con a disposizione uno splendido terrazzino con doccia esterna e barbecue; siamo riusciti ad unire le visite alle meravigliose localita' salentine facilmente raggiungibili al relax dato dalla posizione estremamente tranquilla. Ottimo l'isolamento dal caldo che ci ha permesso di non utilizzare il condizionatore nonostante i 35 gradi. Confermo quanto riportato nelle precedenti recensioni, il proprietario e' stato molto gentile e disponibile sia in fase di prenotazione che in occasione di arrivo e partenza. Consigliato al 100%!
