The holiday farm has three fully equipped flats. These are set around a beautiful courtyard garden and each has a separate entrance and private terrace with plenty of privacy. There is a 4 by 8 metre swimming pool with its own terrace for guests to use during the months of May to September (12.00 to 20.00 h). The COTTAGE is the former residence of the farm. This cottage can accommodate up to five people. The cottage is detached and located right next to the swimming pool.
There is an extensive kitchen, a cosy living room, a toilet, a bathroom and the garden. There are three bedrooms furnished with comfortable beds: one bedroom with a large double bed, adjoining a room with a single bed; one bedroom with a single bed; one bedroom with a single bed 135 cm wide ("doubter"). All bedrooms have ceiling fans, wardrobe, coat rack and bedside tables. The kitchen has a large gas cooker with electric oven and grill, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and cosy dining area. The living room is open to the kitchen and has comfortable chairs and a sofa, TV, DVD and wood-burning stove.There is the possibility of using a washing machine and drying lines. Towels, bed linen, kitchen towels and drinking water are included.
The village of Alcuéscar, with restaurants and cafés, is three kilometres away. Here you can get your daily groceries in the well-stocked supermarkets. There is a bakery, an artisan butcher and shops. On Friday is the weekly market, with a selection of fresh vegetables, fruit and local products such as cheese and cured meatsThe finca is located right along the Camino de Santiago and the Via de la Plata. There are some restaurants 850 metres from the finca, as well as a petrol station where you can also buy fresh bread and local produce.
Dogs and horses are welcome, but please inform in advance. Horses can graze in the meadow.Despite the finca being only a five-minute drive from the Cáceres-Mérida motorway (A66), it cannot be heard or seen at all. *It is forbidden by law to allow dogs and other (domestic) animals in the pool area used by guests of tourist accommodation. *In the grounds of the casa rural and near the stables, pets are not allowed to run loose. Pets must be kept on a leash, or kept near the cottage.
