Villa Vallespir is distributed in a spacious garden equipped with loungers where you can rest and sunbathe, as well as an outdoor shower to cool off, enjoying the Mallorcan sun in the best way. The house has a perfect barbecue for grill lovers located outside and a table to enjoy dinner outdoors. Additionally, a fantastic chill-out area to relax.

Schönes geräumiges Haus mit allen Drum und Dran

Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz. Besonderes im am späten Nachmittag überschatteten Garten. Gute Lage, ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt. 2 der Schlafzimmer haben keine Klimaanlage aber mit dem bereitstehenden Ventilator hat man es ausgehalten. Kommunikation mit der Vermietung und dem Gastgeber waren auch einfach und Reibungslos.Leider muss man hoffen, dass die Gäste auf der anderen Seite auch ganz annehmlich sind. Die könnte man innen und auch außen hören. Wir können das Haus besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Geräumiges, in die Jahre gekommenes, schönes Haus

Das Haus war sehr sauber und geräumig. Große Zimmer, große Küche, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, sowohl draußen, als auch drinnen. Wir hatten 2 Kinder unter 1 dabei, brauchen dementsprechend 2 Reisebettchen und 2 Hochstühle. Eins von jedem war im Preis drin, ein weiteres jeweils 5 Euro pro Tag. Einen extra Hochstuhl haben die Vermieter uns umsonst dazu gegeben. Sehr freundlich :) Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können. Die Messer zum Beispiel waren leider stumpf und es gab zu wenig Geschirrtücher. Würde ich dann mitnehmen, wenn ich nochmal kommen würde. Das Haus liegt ca 2 bis 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was super nah ist. Leider steht es neben einem großen Hotel, und zwar an der Hinterseite, wo die Anlieferung und Müllabfuhr jeden Abend kam. Das hat abends etwas gestört, wenn man auf der Terrasse saß. Wen das sehr stört, könnte aber auch in den Garten gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in jede Richtung zu genüge und ein Lidl ist in 10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, das Haus war super. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen, es ist nur schade, dass es Abends so laut war.

Great house a few steps from the beach

The house was much bigger than i expected, could comfortably fit 9 people, very clean and has front and back terraces. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher, toaster, plates, glasses and so on. Me and my family really enjoyed having dinner in the spacious back terrace with BBQ. The house is just 1 min from the beach in a quite touristic area.
