Beautiful ground floor located 100 meters from the beach. The house has 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds. Two bathrooms, both en suite. Large open kitchen, living room and fireplace. Front terrace ideal for eating and rear terrace ideal to be quiet and sunbathing, has a shower to cool off or spend the sea water after bathing on the beach. It also has a barbecue area.

Great stay
We had a great stay here. The place is just like the pictures. It was clean, spacious and a five minute drive from our favorite beach. We had a car and easily got around. It might be harder without one though we didnât really look into the buses.

Wir haben uns hauptsĂ€chlich aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen fĂŒr diese Unterkunft entschieden. Bedauerlicherweise wurden wir hier jedoch ein wenig enttĂ€uscht. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf Kellerhöhe und ist daher etwas dunkel. In unserem Zimmer gab es Schimmel. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben sofort reagiert, als wir dies bemĂ€ngelt haben. Trotzdem sind an manchen Stellen der Wohnung nicht mehr optimale. Bzw KĂŒche und Bad. Wir wĂŒrden nicht mehr hingehen.

Eine klare Empfehlung fĂŒr Familien die dem Trubel entgehen wollen.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen! Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Sogar StrandstĂŒhle, Sonnenschirme und ein Kajak standen zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Bilder sind 100% authentisch. Ein Auto ist allerdings empfehlenswert, da die Wohnung etwas auĂerhalb von AlcĂșdia liegt. Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he (5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Eine perfekte Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in den Westen der Insel. Einfache eine perfekte Unterkunft fĂŒr Familien, die dem Touristen Trubel entgehen wollen.

Super erholsame Ferien in toller Unterkunft
Alles was ge- und beschrieben war, hat gestimmt. Wir sind mit einem Kind und den GroĂeltern angereist, dafĂŒr ideal da barrierefrei! GerĂ€umige Schlafzimmer, eins davon sogar mit direktem Bad. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt, dass Kinderzimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, hatten wir vorher nicht rausgelesen. Ansonsten it alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die Vermieter sind Superfreundlich und kĂŒmmern sich um alles was man braucht. Der Grillplatz ist im Sommer nicht zu gebrauchen, da ist es richtig heiss, aber dann macht man halt was anderes. Wir waren begeistert und sind erholt zurĂŒck in die Heimat. Vielen Dank!!

Perfekt fĂŒr Windsurfer! Alles da was man braucht. AuĂerhalb von den Touristengegenden.
Das Objekt: Das Objekt hat genau unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt genug Bereiche, um auch mal Zeit fĂŒr sich alleine zu haben. Durch 2 Klimaanlagen waren die NĂ€chte auch gut ertrĂ€glich. Lediglich die StraĂennĂ€he und die etwas simpleren/kleineren Einzelbetten könnte man noch als Kritikpunkt erwĂ€hnen.
Lage: Das Haus befindet sich nicht direkt in den Touristengebieten, aber mit einem Auto ist trotzdem alles gut erreichbar. In 10min ist man auch zu Fuà in der Altstadt von Alcudia. Der Strand in der NÀhe ist eher zum windsurfen gedacht. Aber auch hier gibt es genug StrÀnde in der NÀhe (der nÀchste 5min Entfernung mit dem Auto).
Kommunikation & Anreise: Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und wir konnten sie sogar noch nach Mitternacht erreichen, als die SchlĂŒsselbox ein wenig "geklemmt" hat. Zudem hat sie sich des Ăfeteren ĂŒber Whatsapp erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und wir noch was brauchen. Sie spricht zwar keine flieĂendes Englisch, aber man hat sich trotzdem gut verstĂ€ndigen können.

Maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e situĂ©e Ă 100 m dâune plage de kite surf, la propriĂ©taire est sympa. Grande, moderne. En bordure nĂ©anmoins dâune route passante (bruit Ă lâexteRieur pour le petit dej en terrasse). Au frais. Un peu humide en hiver.

Ein ganz herzlicher Empfang inklusive Grundnahrungsmitteln und Wein, 50 Meter zum Meer, verstÀndnisvolle Vermieter (Kinder machen halt mal was kaputt), ... unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!
