Lovely house for 6 people near one of the best beaches in Mallorca, fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, barbecue, terrace with hibiscus garden and an ideal location in a quiet area close to restaurants and supermarkets.



The Adelfa house is a wonderful option for those who want to enjoy a vacation on the Alcudia beach. Spacious interiors with a large living-dining room, 3 bedrooms equipped for your comfortable rest, one of them with an ensuite bathroom. You will find another bathroom with a large bathtub next to the rooms. Perfectly equipped kitchen with everything necessary to cook whatever you like. The house has air conditioning in the living room and in two bedrooms, wifi and satellite TV.



Exuberant exteriors thanks to its hibiscus flowers and other plants. Barbecue with a large table where you can enjoy outdoor meals in good company. Relax under the Mallorca sun on its two sunbeds located outside.

Lovely house close to the beach

Finally after two years with the pandemic, we got to visit Alcudia and this lovely, perfect located house once again. This was our third vacation at this property and as always we are very happy with everything.. we were 6 adults / young adults, and stayed for 11 nights… we will for sure come back next time we visit Alcudia. Very nice, friendly and helpful host. Thanks for yet another perfect holiday in sunny Alcudia 🌞🌞

Fantastisch

Das Haus ist an einem perfekten Platz im schönen Alcudia Beach! Nur wenige Meter bis zum langen Sandstrand und auch Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar! Das Haus war super sauber, wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr schöne 14 Tage verbracht! Die Einrichtung und alles was man in der Küche so braucht war ok, könnte teilweise allerdings mal erneuert werden! Alles in allem war es sehr sehr schön und wir werden das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen oder vielleicht nochmal kommen!

Super gelegenes Ferienhaus in Port Alcudia mit bester Infrastrukturanbindung

Das Ferienhaus besitzt drei Schlafzimmer. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem französischen Bett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Alle Betten sind mit 1,90m nichts für große Leute aber man kann darin schlafen. Ein Schlafzimmer besitzt keine Klimaanlage aber mit offener Tür kein Problem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und in den Kühlschrank paßt alles notwendige hinein. Wir fanden die Sitzecke vorm Haus super, da von Grünpflanzen umgeben. Hinter dem Haus existiert eine Garage mit Tisch und Grillecke, die wir nicht nutzten. Einzig die Mücken haben uns mächtig geärgert und am Abend nach innen vertrieben. In direkter Nähe findet man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, was uns das Mietauto ersparte. Durch die Lage in zweiter Strandreihe ist alles sehr ruhig aber der Strand und das Meer trotzdem schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus und können es jederzeit empfehlen.
