We enjoyed our stay at the Bai overall and the buffet is amazing, however the hotel is looking run down with holes in the curtains and dirty old finishes on most surfaces. We had a room on the 16th floor and were moved due to the smell of raw sewage.
The rooms also over look the surrounds slums which will leave any middle class person feeling guilty.
