Casa Belmonte Alcaucín by Ruralidays

Holiday home for 11 people in Alcaucín, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

Traditional country house over 100 years old, recently renovated in a rustic style, located in a very quiet area with views of the Viñuela reservoir.

The house has five bedrooms, three with a double bed, one with a double bed and one single, and a last bedroom with two single beds. There are also three bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and fridge.

Even though it's a one level house, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility since each room has either a step or two up or down into it.

Outside it has a fabulous private saltwater pool and multiple terraces around the pool, one of them on the roof, as well as an inner Andalusian courtyard, a barbecue area and impressive views of the mountains and the swamp.

The two cats of the owners live on the farm. Therefore, it is not allowed to bring pets into the house.

The house is only available during the months of June, July and August.

Die Villa ist ein Juwel, gelegen in den Bergen mit fantastischer Aussicht. Die Fotos werden dem nicht gerecht! Die einzigen kleinen Mängel waren, dass das Kinderbett bei unserer Ankunft schrecklich und kaputt war, aber die Besitzer entschuldigten sich sehr und tauschten es am nächsten Morgen schnell aus. Anschließend haben sie unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und uns mit Spielzeug und einer Babybadewanne versorgt. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der einen erholsamen, abgeschiedenen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden verbringen möchte.

Schöne Umgebung, das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für idealen Komfort benötigt wird. Allerdings ist die Lage etwas zu weit in den Bergen. Ideal zum Ausruhen. Das einzige ist, dass es für die kleinsten Kinder wenig Bewegungsspielraum gibt. Bis zum 3. Lebensjahr muss den Kindern viel Aufmerksamkeit bei Treppen und im Garten geschenkt werden. Hohe Absturzgefahr z. B. weil keine Mauer am Gartenrand vorhanden ist. Dieser läuft bis zur Grenze eines Drops in der Nähe des Berges. Außerdem ist alles vorhanden, was man in einem Haus benötigt. Du liegst nicht falsch.

Casa muy bonita, decorada con un estilo rústico encantador, muy limpia y muy acogedora. Tiene unas increíbles vistas al pantano de la Viñuela. Tiene piscina y barbacoa así que poco más se puede pedir para unas vacaciones de verano. Volveremos.

Sehr schönes Haus, in einem charmanten rustikalen Stil eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Es hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf den Viñuela-Stausee. Es hat einen Pool und einen Grill, so dass für Sommerferien kaum mehr verlangt werden kann. Wir werden zurück sein.
