This was by far the cleanest resort I’ve ever stayed at. The beach area was spectacular and not too overcrowded. The staff spoke great English and the Spa was better than USA. Highly highly recommend especially for Americans who are worried about not speaking Italian. I also felt extremely safe traveling solo!!! I’d give this resort 1000 stars if I could. You won’t be disappointed!

The staff are wonderful at this resort. It is well designed, has a good pool, rooms are great, super beds. Restaurant food was average but breakfast was good. Location is a little strange in a residential area but you can walk to the beach and views are beautiful. Only a 10min drive into Castellemare del Golfo.

We had a great stay here. While the location isn’t ideal if you want to be in the centre of things, it worked perfectly for us as a base to explore the west of the island, with places like Trapani, Scopello, and the Zingaro Reserve all within easy reach. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with plenty of parking, which was ideal as we had a rental car. The staff were excellent throughout our stay — very friendly, accommodating, and flexible. They gave us an early check-in and late check-out around our flight times, upgraded us to a higher-floor room, arranged transport for our wine tour, and even prepared a packed breakfast for us when we had an early start one morning, which we really appreciated. The hotel is also close to the beach, with a shuttle service available, although it’s walkable too. Breakfast was good overall. The only real downside for us was that the in-room dining was a little overpriced for what it was. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a peaceful, clean base for exploring western Sicily, with excellent service and good facilities.

10/10 Excellent

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This property is a hidden Gem. The facility is new and modernly updated. The staff is wonderful and very eager to please. The breakfast is very good. The pool, the spa and easy access to the beach by shuttle is wonderful. You would definitely need a car to explore the area but the hotel can assist with that on site. Our visit was for 11 days and we enjoyed every minute of it.
