The main level also has a large, open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a separate shower and WC.

On the lower ground floor, there is another living/dining room with satellite TV and digital TV, opening out to the terrace and swimming pool area. One bedroom on this level has a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, and terrace access to the pool. Three more bedrooms on this level also have french beds (180 cm, length 200 cm) and terrace access to the pool area.
