Porch with illuminated pool, barbecue. Upstairs, castle with home office and gym. Two-car garage. Air conditioning. Self-service check-in. It is not a home for celebrations. No pets.

A master bedroom with a double bed. A second bedroom with two single beds. A third bedroom with two single beds. And a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed with two beds. Seven beds, eight places in total. If necessary, an extra bed could be installed. The house also has a baby cot.

Very close to Seville and very well connected through the SE40 round with the main highways of the Community of Andalusia. Ideal as a base of operations to get to know Andalusia. Campo de los Pinos / Oromana is a quiet area of family chalets. On our same street there is a huge Aldi supermarket. In the street above the Campo de las Beatas neighborhood begins, with all the small shops and public transport to go to the center of Alcalá de Guadaira, a town of 80,000 inhabitants that stands out for its large Moorish castle and its beautiful Oromana park on the banks of the Guadaira river.

– The pool measures 8 x 4 meters, a constant depth of 1.4 m (ideal for water games) and is ready all year.
– The house includes all the necessary equipment for kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool...
– The guests receive a complete house guide / home book with tourist and gastronomic tips for Alcalá, Seville city and Western Andalusia.
– We recommend our guests without a rental car to use the transportation services with a driver through the Uber or Cabify apps. These companies offer a very good service in the metropolitan area of Seville. The cost of a Seville-Alcala trip is approximately 20 euros. Another option is to take a taxi or Uber to the Montequinto metro station, halfway between Alcala and Seville, and take the metro here to access the center of Seville.
– Three times a week, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., a maintenance person enters the exterior of the house, who performs the tasks of caring for the pool and garden.
