Loud, obnoxious paper thin walls

We stayed here one night for a staycation. The room has paper thin walls. We could hear talking, sirens, and door slams all night. Not to mention our sink made a weird gurgle sound all night. We definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Amazing stay

The Sheraton is an amazing stay, the check in was smooth. As soon as we walked in the vibe was great, music and great atmosphere. The rooms were very cleans top notch, beds are so comfy and the showers are fully stocked so no need to bring your bathing toiletries. The biggest complaint was the pool, so cold, miserably cold. Live music was nice and great to have to order breaksfast, snacks and coffee. We did not pay for the breakfast.

Nice place to stay

This is my go to hotel when I'm in ABQ. Nice location by Coronado mall and the hotel itself is nice with the bar/ social area for nightime and the coffe bar and breakfast area where you can order breakfast and lunch items.

Mold in bathroom. Dirty carpet. Area is super unsafe - Told by front desk that the area we were in is just as unsafe as Los Angeles. Was told to leave nothing of value in our cars.

Good

Pillows are horrible flatten when you lay on them. Tub and sink didn’t drain well. Standing in water over ankle when showering. Yuck!

Good spot, some issues

The hotel is definitely is in a great location, has free parking and feels busy/energetic. Our room - 544 - had a nasty slope which was evident in just walking around. The breakfast buffet is very average, but was bundled at a great price so no complaint.
