A coffee pot with coffee and a few treats will help start your day are available. The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. Situated at the crossroads of culture & vistas! Please note that two dogs live at the main house on this property.
