We couldn’t get anyone to clean our room, so we had to go down and ask for towels anytime we needed them and had to take our own trash out. We were never in the room when the cleaning service came by but when we got back to our rooms in the evening you could tell nobody had been in there and the do not disturb sign was not on the door

Our room looked like wired when we got in, bed was not done and sofa cushion was flipped up. Staff were very nice and changed room for us immediately. However the bedding sheet was missing in our new room. Breakfasts was great, cook to order is better than the buffet, and the service was great.

We booked a suite in February and when we got there to check in the Hotel said Expedia over booked so they did not have the room we actually paid for. They really did not care and said they only had a double bed or a standard king which one did we want instead. It was my husbands birthday and it was suppose to ne a special weekend and it was disappointing because we got a suite to be able to have friends over and we were not able to celebrate.
