This superb detached villa is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the fabulous safe sandy beaches of Castelo and Coelha. There is a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket within the immediate area. Villa Lourenco enjoys the tranquility of a relatively rural setting whilst being within walking distance of the sandy beach, general store and seafront restaurants. The popular neighbouring resort of Gale with its gorgeous sandy beaches is less than 1km away and can also be easily reached by foot. Inside the living accommodation is welcoming and comfortably furnished with a lounge that leads out onto a spacious terrace overlooking the private garden, larger than average swimming pool and the adjacent barbecue area that is sure to become the focal point of holiday meal times. Externally, the attractive grounds and lovely private pool area create a sanctuary which you will find difficult to leave, however getting out and about could not be easier. A stroll of about 5 minutes takes you to the resort and sandy beach whilst a drive of less than 5 minutes brings you to the vibrant and cosmopolitan Albufeira, well known for its fabulous shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

5 stars after improving some key items!
The property was as advertised in the pictures and reviews about location were quite accurate.
Location: Great. Nice walk to the local beach (dont bother to grab the car), and food/drinks. Groceries couple mins by car and old part of
Albufeira 10 minutes (recommended).
Villa: Very clean upon arrival, compliments! Space was perfect for the 5 of us, pool very welcome, airco in all bedrooms.
Although our stay at the house was generally comfortable, there are absolute points for improvement, see below from low to high priority:
1- The lighting is terrible. Blue color old-style led bulbs inside. Pool lights defective.
2- Some salt/pepper, gallon of drinking water for arival and sharp knives should be standard in kitchen. Small effort, big difference.
3- The poolside garden is empty, no trees so no shadow. The cheap defective beach parasols were hardly usable!! (Solmarvillas rep that checked on us day after arrival provided a usable parasol asap..thank you for your visit!). A 3.5m floating parasol is a must!! Also provide parasols that can be taken to the beach. The outside dining table+ chairs are very cheap quality.
4- The beds are of quality suited for a budget hostel. The springs can be felt. Actually unacceptable for this accommodation/pricetag. PLEASE fix this with top priority. Waking up tired is not good.
So altogether we would highly recommend this house after points 3 and 4 at least are fixed. This would make it 5 stars.
