Some of the Algarve's best beaches, like Galé, San Rafael and Salgados (amongst others), as well as a high quality supermarket and several quality restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin Stars, are located within a very short drive.

Excellent holiday villa

Superb accommodation for our large family. Bedrooms and en-suites for all and cot provided for our little one. Excellent and helpful communication with villa owner/manager before arrival and clear instructions given. Located close the really good restaurants - 4 or 5 within easy walking distance.

Really loved our stay , the only thing would be to have a little more in the house. Hand soap in every bathroom, a little napkins salt and pepper. Really missing the basics. Otherwise it was great

Just perfect!

The property is private and sits in its own grounds and had everything we needed to enjoy a weeks getaway with friends and family. The swimming pool was welcome to cool down and play in the afternoon sun, terrace was lovely to enjoy your morning breakfast or evening BBQ and is located close to all amenities and within driving distance to the beaches and surrounding areas. Perfect place to kick back and relax on its own or as a base to explore the area. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back again. The host and owner is lovely, friendly and welcoming.

Good Villa let down by little things

The villa is well presented but let down in some areas. The 4 bedrooms are good sizes but with not much furniture and the shower cubicles were a bit small. The kitchen, and particularly the fridge/freezer, is too small for 8 adults. We were keen on having some ground floor bedrooms but found the internal steps, some with marking tape and some without, were a concern for those in our party with visual difficulties. The dining table outside the kitchen was just large enough but only had 6 chairs and didn't have good enough lighting for eating or playing cards as we like to do in the evenings. The table wasn't in a particularly good location at the back of the property with no views at all. The pool is good but space around it and shade was in short supply - the awning needs some attention. The description included a claim that satellite TV was available - this is not the case and we couldn't watch any World Cup Rugby on free-to-air channels. Overall though, we enjoyed the location and our holiday but wouldn't return to this villa.

Very nice Villa

Great for a family holiday, lovely pool and other activities, fairly close to shops, restaurants and bars. Accommodation is spacious with good facilities for cooking and dining. We didn’t hire a car but taxis were reliable and reasonably priced. We would recommend this property.

A beautiful villa ; the owner visted daily to water plants but was very nice , a lot of ants around the pool but other than that great property , amazing we all had our own bathrooms . It’s about 15 minutes in a taxi from old town , you would need to taxi or have a car as not much around to walk to

Impressive Villa

What a great villa. The pictures on the website don't really do this wonderful property justice. We were a group of 8 adults and there was plenty room for everyone with each couple having their own bathroom. The villa was spotless and well equipped with everything you need. The pool area was exceptional with plenty sunbeds for everyone and the pool itself was a very good size and perfect temperature. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful yet only a short stroll to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Can't wait to visit this property again.

Bit of a faff finding the villa as the name is not anywhere clear on the outside of property. Property pleasant and clean and large. Bathrooms could do with some upkeep. Not much in the way of outside eating area, just a table outside back door looking at neighbours fence. Privacy a bit hit and miss as people kept turning up and walking round property whilst husband in shower or we wanted to go to pool.

Perfect villa and service - will return many times

The villa was perfect and exactly as advertised. The location is ideal to get to a number of places easily. The villa was equipped with everything you needed and the feeling of space is wonderful. The pool and outdoor area along with the amount of sun beds provided couldn’t be any better and the ping pong table was an absolute treat, a good way to catch the sun whilst having fun. The service provided by the owner was second to none and he was a lovely guy. All in all, this was a perfect and good value for money stay. Thank you for providing a wonderful holiday.

The villa is located in a superbly quiet area . A bit hairy getting out onto the local road. A few small problems were dealt with speedily. WiFi worked periodically - Vodaphone being the culprit. Fabulous value for money . Very friendly staff who really wanted to make things as great as possible, We would rent again .

Just got back from a great stay at this property, really beautiful villa with great facilities, lovely clean pool area, very well presented immaculate gardens. Gale is really nice with a lovely beach, we had a hire car which we felt was needed and was in albuferia within ten mins if you fancy a bit of a lively night out, communication with owner is first class with immediate response with any queries you my have, its equipped with satalitte TV with all usual itv bbc etc and great WiFi which for the teenagers is a must, could go on and on with all the positives, cleaned midweek with fresh towels if needed, pool cleaned midweek too, so in short book with confidence you will have a great time, just a minor little point would be for the owner to get a bigger toaster that does four bread. That's the only minor point to make. So thanks to rui for a great holiday

A bit of Paradise

I cannot say enough great things about this wonderful villa. 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was perfect for our group of 8 adults. It was pristinely clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for a daily car excursions around the Algarve and the beautiful pool and outdoor bbq and eating area welcomed us home each night. The staff were very attentive and we hope to return as soon as we can! It is just as lovely as it appears in the pictures!

Really impressive villa just a very short drive from the impressive beaches of Gale . Well maintained and very clean and tidy with plenty of indoor and outdoor space . Beautiful Villa In A Beautiful Country🍷

We spent 3 months at Villa Ladeira and absolutely loved it! Rui went out of his way to help us with any needs we had and his grandparents, who live on site, were so kind! For us the location was very good & central to getting around in any direction. We rented a car as we were there for a long stay & would recommend as driving in Albufeira is not difficult. Once you get your bearings you will find roads are very inter-connected & hard to get lost. We would definitely rent from this owner again & want to thank them for all their help and kindness🌺

La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. Rui est tout simplement adorable en plus d’être charmant! Il est également très prévenant. Bonne situation proche de toute commodité et de plusieurs plages. La maison et les extérieurs sont propres et le ménage est fait régulièrement. Le linge de maison est changé régulièrement. Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en famille.

Beautiful villa in a great location. Well equipped & very clean. Lovely pool.

The villa was plenty big enough as we were 2 families with 4 teenage sons between us. Great to have 4 bathrooms. Nice to have local restaurants within walking distance & a great little supermarket just a 5 minute drive from the villa. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend. Thanks.

Property was perfect

Spent a week here in June 2018. Weather wasn't great but the villa was perfect. Gave us everything that we required and needed and was clean, tidy and looked after. Rui, the owner, was attentative and couldn't have been more accommodating. Sorted an issue with a missing cot at midnight, when we arrived late but answered the phone straight away and had the cot delivered and made up within 30 minutes. Also very helpful with late checkout and moved us to adjacent villa with all amenities free of charge for the whole day even though checkout was 12pm. Would definitely return and recommend both villa and owner.

Brilliant villa for the family to stay at

The Villa was fabulous. A set of 9 Villas in a well secured Cul De Sac. Parking at the side of the Villa. Steps down to the large pool which leads onto the front door. Walking in and you have hit the wow factor. Two bedrooms downstairs hallway and Dining and kitchen. Well played out and a relaxing sitting room for all to enjoy with games and TV. Two further bedrooms upstairs each with ensuite. Built in cupboards for all your necessary clothes. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment for us to cook with. Kids loved the swimming pool and were in there most of the day. Garden and Balconies were a nice place to soak the sun in. The Villa is alarmed for you piece of mind. Air conditioning within the Villa. Driving distance to all areas of algarve including shopping facilities. Was a bit chilly and the owner came and set the heating which was hitting all the right boxes. Would I stay here again? Definitely

Bij aankomst hing er een onaangename geur in huis. Na onderzoek bleek dit voornamelijk door 1 slaapkamer te komen maar de geur zat al in het hele huis. Nadat we hier melding van maakte kregen we geen oplossing aangeboden en werd ons verteld dat er onverwachte waterschade/ lekkage was geweest eerder dit jaar. Hoewel we begrijpen dat dit uiterst vervelend is, was het ook voor ons erg teleurstellend dat we de slaapkamer niet hebben kunnen gebruiken. De geur Daarnaast is het interieur gedateerd met
