On the ground floor, there are 6 bedrooms, 4 of them en-suite, plus a shared bathroom with shower. The lower floor offers 3 more bedrooms, 2 en-suite, another shared bathroom with shower, and a guest WC.Outside, enjoy the private swimming pool (heatable upon request), outdoor shower, barbecue area, and several terraces and dining spaces ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco.With free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking for 2 vehicles, this villa offers comfort and convenience. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants — including a 2 Michelin star venue — the Salgados Golf Course and Nature Reserve. Albufeira is just a 10-minute drive away.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 16 guests.From the 17th to the 22th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
