Villa Bolota, a traditional style house with 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms

Villa Bolota is a single storey traditional and rustic style villa located in Vale Navio, close to Albufeira and Olhos de Agua.

Featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is maximum capacity for 10 people.

The walled gardens are extensive and the private swimming pool is also a great size. Access is via gates and there is space to park 3 cars on the driveway.



Entering the villa, there is a spacious kitchen with gas hob, gas oven, extractor fan, washing machine, dish washer, microwave and fridge freezer. Small appliances include toaster, kettle, coffee machine, electric hand whisk and other equipment to enjoy a self-catering stay.



The living room is spacious and has a fireplace, TV and dining table and 8 chairs with a great view of the pool and garden. There is also a traditional mezzanine area with display shelves accessed via open stairs.



Of the 5 bedrooms, one has a double bed, and all the others have 2 x single beds. Each bedroom has wardrobe area, patio doors accessing the exterior and most have views of the pool or garden.



There are 3 bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and the other two with bathtub and shower over. Of these 3 bathrooms, two of them can be made private, as they have a partition door that allows to have 2 private bathrooms and the other bathroom is shared with the other bedrooms.



Bedrooms and living room have air conditioning.



Wi-fi is available throughout the villa.



Externally there is a table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ. There is also a small roof terrace that offers views towards the sea.



Villa Bolota is a traditional and rustic style villa ideal for a family holiday located in Vale Navio, just a short drive from the main areas of Olhos de Agua and Albufeira.



All reservations include a full clean upon departure.

If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included. If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.



This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.



NOTE: the swimming pool cannot be heated.
