Villa Molucas is a stunning property located in São Rafael, Albufeira, near the beautiful Castelo and Evaristo beaches, with shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Ideal for group holidays, it accommodates 10 + 2 people in 5 spacious rooms.



On the ground floor, there are 2 rooms (one double and one twin). The upper floor houses 2 twin rooms with a private bathroom. The fifth room is on the second floor, with a private bathroom and a terrace with wonderful sea views.



The spacious lower floor has been recently renovated and includes a living area, TV, dining area, bar, and a pool table. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes a laundry area.



The exterior features a traditional barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and a wonderful pool with good sun exposure (heatable as an optional extra), surrounded by sun loungers.



The property offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all areas, and is 10 minutes by car from Albufeira, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
