The living and dining area follows an open plan layout, creating a warm and fluid space for socializing and shared meals, with a harmonious connection to the rest of the house.



On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom, providing added convenience for daily use.



On the first floor there are three bedrooms, including one double bedroom en suite with a bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and an additional bathroom with shower serving this level, ensuring comfort for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a practical and functional space for preparing meals during your stay.



Outside, the pleasant top floor terrace stands out, offering sea views and an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the Algarve sunsets. The shared condominium area features two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, perfect for leisure moments with family.



Located in a prestigious area of the Algarve, the townhouse is close to restaurants, amenities, and some of the region’s best beaches.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Good stay however, managing company gave very vague instructions on how to enter property, use of key remotes, roll down gate usage, garage location. Also stated there was no safe in the home when there actually was.
