This beautiful Linked Villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens. It offers 2 bedrooms, plus a basement which has a further 2 King-size beds. Perfect place for the children and teenagers to stay! The lounge has been beautifully decorated with modern furniture and is light and airy. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob. The large outdoor terrace is complete with modern furniture ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach. 

The property is amongst a gated community and has use of a communal pool area shared by 11 properties.

The beautiful Praia da Falesia has been Voted and awarded as the best beach in the world in 2024 by TripAdvisor! which never gets overcrowded it is just a short walk away and ideal for windsurfing and beach activities.

Within a short walk, Olhos de Agua is a quaint fishing village Backed by fragrant pine forests, Olhos de Agua is Albufeira's greener neighbour. Here you will find an abundance of restaurants, bars and gift shops in the harbour and surrounding streets. The local Intermarche supermarket is within walking distance and will cater for all your holiday shopping requirements.

Lovely property

The property we stayed in was lovely and really clean when we arrived, the communication from the person looking after the villa was excellent and he was very friendly and helpful would highly recommend this property to anyone. Only thing we found was location at this time of year was very quiet as it was out of season so a lot of bars and restaurants were not open. But in a great location for albuferia or vilamoura if you are wanting a busier day or night out.

Localização espetacular, espaço interior e exterior muito agradáveis, sossegado, ideal para férias em família Praias fantásticas , apenas a 5 minutos a pé. Próximo de tudo, ótimos restaurantes na zona circundante. Bares, supermercados , farmácias. Correu tudo muito bem, experiência a repetir.

Très bon accueil . Tout avait été mis à notre disposition, en fonction de l âge des enfants ( lit, chaise haute...) Photos très représentatives Juste un bémol pour la piscine non sécurisée pour des enfants.
