Villa Martinica is a charming countryside retreat, ideal for families seeking peace, comfort and scenic views in a convenient location between Guia and Galé.



The living and dining area is bright and welcoming, creating the perfect space for family moments.



The property features one double bedroom en suite with a bathtub and two twin bedrooms, both en suite with a shower. There is also a guest bathroom for added convenience.



The kitchen is fully equipped and connects directly to the terrace, perfect for preparing and enjoying outdoor meals.



Outside, the terrace offers a dining area with a traditional BBQ, while the private pool, surrounded by lawn and relaxing spaces, invites you to enjoy the Algarve sunshine. The countryside views complete this peaceful setting.



Villa Martinica is located between Guia and Galé, in a quiet area just a short drive from typical restaurants, beaches and the main attractions of the region.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Portugal vacation

Although the payment process was choppy and not well organized, the property was perfect. The property is very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. My children and grandchildren came for a family BBQ and we had enough dishes and utensils to serve everyone. The swimming pool is large and very well filtered. Once you pass the original paperwork step, the experience is one of pure delight.

This basic property is in need of updating and some maintenance too. The furnishings are mostly tired and dated. In particular, the pool furniture could be replaced. Overall, we genuinely believed that we overpaid for this villa. That said, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Villa Martinica

Fabulous Villa, very clean, beautiful location, peaceful and tranquil. Very comfortable beds. The sofas in the lounge area are a little worn however that didn’t affect the comfort. I would recommend this Villa for all the best reasons and it’s close to all amenities. If you want to go to the beach I would recommend a car, we hired a car from the airport to the Villa but if we wanted to go out and not worry about drinking and driving we hired an Uber they are cheaper than taxis.

We hielden van het huis en de locatie.

We voelden ons zeer welkom toen we aankwamen. De beheerder was erg aardig en behulpzaam. De locatie is dichtbij genoeg van lokale restaurants en bars. Het huis was erg schoon, beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Een goed verblijf. Zou niet aarzelen om opnieuw te boeken.

Lovely place

Highly recommend this Villa, no matter what your purpose of visit is. Andre the representative is very accomodating, friendly, easy to deal with. We loved the location, it is very quiet but close enough to Albufeira. Zero complaints or negatives to report. All beds ect are clean and comfortable... All this at a very reasonable price. Would definately come back.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Auto oder Taxi erforderlich. Großer Pool, schöne Außenanlage. Das Haus ist gerĂ€umig, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. ZusĂ€tzlich ist eine separate Toilette vorhanden. Insgesamt ein hoher Erholungswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Als Kritikpunkte sind zu erwĂ€hnen: Außendusche funktionierte mehrmals nicht, wurde auf Anfrage behoben. Die Außenbeleuchtung am Pool und am Eingang flackerte, behoben wurde nur die Beleuchtung am Pool. Schade fanden wir, dass wir mehrfach bis zu drei Mal an unsere MĂ€ngelanzeigen erinnern mussten, damit sich jemand kĂŒmmerte. Dadurch dauerte die MĂ€ngelbeseitigung immer relativ lange. Genereller SanierungsrĂŒckstand: Lichtschalter teilweise defekt, mehrere schon lĂ€nger bestehende WasserschĂ€den an den WĂ€nden, teilweise große Setzrisse in den WĂ€nden und Wandfliesen.

Maison trÚs propre, belle piscine, trÚs agréable d'avoir 3 salles de bain, linge trÚs propre, lits trÚs confortables. Arrivée pratique avec les clefs en boitier. Merci à Sandra pour son déplacement et sa sympathie. Réponse rapide en cas de petit soucis, robinet d'évier défectueux à l'extérieur changé le lendemain. Toutefois la gérance se passe en Angleterre et pour les personnes non bilingue c'est assez compliqué lors des premiers échanges par mail. Il faut également préciser que la maison est mitoyenne avec une autre location semblable, mais fin septembre ca n'était pas un problÚme. En résumé nous recommandons cette location.

Super Herbst Familienurlaub

Urlaub bei bis zu 29 Grad Ende Oktober. Viel zu unternehmen von dieser tollen Villa aus. Absolute Alleinlage und damit tolle Familienzeit. Pool etwas kĂŒhl, aber nicht fĂŒr die Kids...Wir haben die Auszeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
