We present an apartment in the Velamar Condominium, located at Rua do Forte de São João No. 50, in Albufeira, in a privileged and very calm location, between the historic centre (Baixa de Albufeira) and the more recent area of the city, Oura, being about 10 minutes walking distance from both. The condominium is located practically on top of Forte de São João Beach, just 2 minutes walk from the sandy area, being ideal for those looking for convenience, tranquillity and proximity to the sea.



This condominium has a private parking for guests, however, the parking spaces are not assigned to each fraction, with their use subject to availability at the time of arrival. Nice modern appartment with all that you need . Great location 20 min walk via the beach to the old town and a 10 min the other way to the strip and Oura beach. Nice bar and restaurants 2 mins away from the appartment . Host and home holidays very responsive to any messeages we sent.Only issue we had was the building noise on the last day, which meant we had to check out early.

Great Location, but with hills

Great location. Has a pool with ladders to enter and exit. Only minimal amount of towels- would be nice to have changed them out during our 6 night stay. Has a washer but nowhere to hang large items to dry. Mold on bathroom ceiling

Perfeito

Para nós foi perfeito. Perto de tudo a pé. Com malta nova que quer sempre andar a circular é uma boa zona para chegarem tanto à Oura como ao Centro de Albufeira a pé.
