Balcony. Terrace + common ground with the other accommodations. Total surface of the gite on the ground: 62m² attic parts included. Departure on skis via TK Le Chatel (difficult). Albiez-Montrond, typical village of Maurienne, perched and hilly at the same time, family and sporty... Stay in this functional pied-à-terre, enjoy its large shared garden in summer (with swing, ping-pong table, local by bike), on the edge of the village while being close to the shops.
