Room was clean but smelled of strong bug spray upon entry . Carpet had a big gap in it - wasn’t installed properly . The hot tub rail was loose and very unsafe . Also the pool flooring was very slippery . Staff at check in was very friendly . As well as the manager that made sure our room was completed - very nice lady . Anyone has entry to the hotel via back doors and the area around hotel made me feel unsafe

This was our first experience with the fact that apparently a number of hotels/motels have shifted to cleaning every two days. Customers should be made aware of this, and adequate space for hanging towels should be provided.

Only one of the two elevators was working, which caused a long and unnecessary wait in the lobby. We also had to change rooms because the first room assigned to us had no electricity, which clearly had not been checked before being given to guests.
