Love the design of the room. We had a king bed with a lovely sofa area that was also a sofa-bed. Useful hooks all around, quiet fan, walk in shower. Nice welcoming staff at the front desk and also during breakfast. Good variety of food. Very efficient and well organized. Elevator seemed a little slow but it was okay (we were on the 4th floor). Wish the parking was free though, but the location was convenient. Overall great stay. We would love to stay there again!

It smelled so good when I first walked in. I ALWAYS double check the bed before laying down for bedbugs. There was none. Bathroom was clean. And the breakfast options were good. I hope they keep it up because I would love to stay here again if I’m passing through Albany.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. It cost $20 to park the car overnight. I don’t remember reading that, but I may have missed it. We missed breakfast because we had to leave earlier than its start, but there was coffee and fruit we could grab for free. Other than paying for parking, I have no complaints.

The room is mediocre. The set up of the "shower" is the worst ive ever seen. There is no door on the shower & water goes everywhere- despite trying to cram into a 2 ft space which is supposed to capture the water. Ive never seen anything like it!
They gave us extra towels to put down to stop the water
