The villa is located in a very quiet place on a plot of one hectare with a beautiful view of the valley. She is comfortable with a high-end audiovisual equipment (large flat screen with home cinema) The living room gives access to a large 80m framed patio outdoor kitchen with a barbecue on one hand and the other hand on a small terrace wood overlooking the valley. The pool is an infinity pool with foot bath; access to the large pool is via a staircase; the bottom is flat with a depth of 1m45; the coating is light gray mosaic; which gives a color rather blue / light green.

Lovely villa in Alata

We stayed for two weeks at Alata and the villa was everything and more than we had anticipated from the photographs. It was spotlessly clean and really well equipped both inside and in the gardens. The swimming pool was superb and the views from the pool and the house down the valley were spectacular. We saw lots of wildlife and particularly enjoyed the birdlife. Jean Marie and Annie were very welcoming and helpful when we needed advice. The nearby beach at Lava was good, as was the restaurant there. We found the Corsican roads challenging and so did not explore the area as much as we had anticipated. Ajaccio was about 15 minutes drive away, with a good choice of shopping and restaurants. The turtle sanctuary is well worth a visit, we were not aware beforehand how many different species there were and how many were endangered. We would thoroughly recommend this property if you are looking for a really excellent house in a quiet location.

Passer un moment exceptionnel en famille

Maison incroyable, nous avons passé un moment hors du temps! Les photos ne reflètent pas toute la beauté de la maison. Cette partie de la Corse moins touristique et plus familiale est sensationnelle! Nous recommandons vivement et remercions M & Mme FERRANDO pour leur accueil.

Excellente propriété !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine entre amis dans cette propriété. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, et le jardin avec la terrasse et la piscine est superbe ! Depuis cette adresse, avec une voiture, nous avons facilement pu profiter de jolis spots de randonnée, rivière, plage, restaurants. Nous recommandons !

Merveilleux séjour Corse

Nous venons de passer un inoubliable séjour de 12 jours en Corse, en famille (6 adultes et 3 enfants). La propriété est idéalement située, dans un écrin de verdure magnifique et très calme, à seulement 20 minutes en voiture d’Ajaccio. La maison est extrêmement confortable, climatisée et est parfaitement équipée. Cerise sur le gâteau, la belle piscine permet de passer des moments en famille très conviviaux, à domicile. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et discrets qui ont su nous faire part de conseils et de bonnes adresses, suite à nos sollicitations et également nous faire profiter avec gentillesse de leur talent de maraîcher ;-) Mille mercis !

Des vacances de rêve dans un cadre paradisiaque

Les photos sur le site ne rendent pas pleinement hommage à la propriété : spacieuse, lumineuse et aérée, belle (de grands volumes et beaucoup de cachet) et parfaitement équipée. La climatisation dans les chambres est bienvenue en plein été. La maison ouvre une très belle vue sur le maquis et les montagnes environnantes. Les propriétaires ont été disponibles et accueillants. Nous avons passé une super semaine, à 3 familles avec des enfants, partagée entre le fait de profiter de la maison (la piscine à débordement est très agréable !) et partir visiter les montagnes et plages de cette partie de la Corse. Nous recommandons vivement et aurons plaisir à revenir !

La villa était parfaite , dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli par des propriétaires charmants qui nous ont mis à l'aise très vite . Les photos ne rendent pas grâce à cette maison , elle est vraiment très bien agencée , très spacieuse à l'intérieur mais aussi coté terrasses sans parler de la piscine qui est un pur délice .Les équipements de cuisine sont dimensionnés pour de grandes familles. Nous recommandons cette villa en tous points . Point à améliorer selon nous : Taille du lit d'une des chambres (trop petite) et 2ème frigo d'appoint ( top du confort...il faut bien trouver des défauts ;) )

ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus

Wir 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder verbrachten 2 unvergessene Wochen im Juni/Juli 2016 in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die beiden Besitzer empfingen uns sehr herzlich. Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartung. Es ist perfekt eingerichtet und die Zimmeraufteilung ist für 2 Familien optimal. Das Highlight des Hauses ist der wunderschöne große Pool. Das Haus war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zum wunderschönen Strand Golfe de Lava ist es nur 10 min mit dem Auto. Wir werden nächstes Jahr sicher wieder dieses Haus in den Ferien mieten. Vielen Dank Jean Marie und Annie das wir in Ihrem Haus zu Gast sein durften!! Bis nächstes Jahr. Familie Richter/ Leitner

Très belle maison et très agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison pendant une semaine, début août. Nous étions 8 avec 2 enfants en bas âge. La maison est très belle et très agréable. Les chambres sont bien séparées ce qui permet de profiter du reste de la maison sans déranger ceux qui dorment. Le barbecue à l'extérieur permet de passer d'excellentes soirées. L'extérieur est très agréable et la piscine un régal... Le seul bémol a été la chaleur dans les chambres. Même si elles ont toutes des ventilateurs, la clim serait la bienvenue... Sinon rien à dire, tout était parfait (aussi bien la maison, que les propriétaires). La maison est conforme à l'annonce, tout était propre et entretenu. Je recommande vraiment d'y aller !

Quel bonheur d'avoir découvert une superbe maison pour nos vacances août 2016. Nous étions 9 personnes, 5 adultes et 4 ados. Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines de vacances dans cette très très belle maison. Beaucoup d'espace, une très bonne fonctionnalité. La maison est super bien équipée (rien ne manque à la cuisine). Nous avons énormément apprécié la piscine, la cuisine et les pièces à vivre. La maison situé sur le col d'Alata nous a offert de magnifiques vues sur les montagnes. Une petite brise nous a permis d'éviter les grosses chaleurs et de profiter un maximum des terrasses. La piscine est tout simplement magnifique. Quel bonheur pour nos ados de découvrir une très belle collection de film en DVD mis à notre disposition ainsi qu'une belle bibliothèque. Le piano nous a permis de passer de très très belles soirée entre amis. Nous recommandons cette villa à tous les amoureux de la Corse, authentique et calme. Un rêve. Merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont accueilli avec gentillesse, merci à eux pour leur disponibilité. A très bientôt dans ce magnifique endroit et cette superbe ile de beauté.
