As soon as i finished my lunch my tongue was cut in which my mouth was full of blood, talk to the receptionist who said see the doctor and he wasn't present, seen by the nurse instead.
She tried to direct me to the private hospital that was contracted with them but i was loosing precious time and said i would go by myself.
Went to the hospital and i was charged for 1,000 YTL at first registration, the doctor saw my tongue, had two stitches, then they said i need to pay additional 5,000 YTL only for 2 stitches.
After arguing i end up with paying another 3,500 YTL on top of 1,000.
This is utterly a rip off, back to the hotel, explained what i paid and asked if the hotel was prepare to pay for it. After long discussions, he talked to the other people and they came up with lots of excuses. I understood that they wouldn't pay it at all, i said leave it as i only stayed with my family for 3 nights. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
anyone who dare to go there be prepared for not to be looked after. Whatever happens to you, you're alone at this hotel.
