This was first time staying here and the staff were always helpful and the portion food sizes were large and made well. Even delivered to room if you wanted. The cleaners were lovely too. Would stay here again.

Hiç gitmeyininiz paranıza yaZık.

Otel çok kötüydü temİzlik sıfırdı. Ayrıca duşa girdiğinizde üsten devamlı bir su damlıyor bu suda üs taraftaki duştan geliyor. İki defa söyledim ama tamire gelen olmadı. Reception işlerini zorla yapıyor du ben 4 günlük rezervasyonumda sadece iki gün kaldım. Klima sitemi çok kötü yataklar berbat ötesi çarşaflar. Gördüğüm en kötü otellerden.

Das war die reinste Katastrophe. Ich werde mir eine Anwaltliche Beratung holen und das Hotel verklagen. Ich bin schon am 13.08.19 vereist und musste mir einen neuen Hotel buchen.Es war nicht möglich in diesem Hotel zu bleiben,weil es erstens dreckig und zweitens gefährlich für meine Kinder. The property is in the middle of the busy street, no aircon in the living room where there's 3 beds and supposed to be a kitchen as well. U have to stay with the windows open all the time to get the air in. In return it becomes noisy and dusty. The bed is right next to the window where the kids could easily climb up and fall over. Not safe at all.

Resepsiyonist ve garsonlar sanki islerini zoraki yapıyorlar. Misafirperverlik hiç yok. Klima için ayrı ücret almaları tamamen sacmalik. Kaldık klimalar son derece eski ve deforme olmuş. Kumanda 17 derecede iken bile odayı sogutmuyor. Bununla ilgili 3 veya 4 defa şikayette bulunup teknik servis istememe rağmen ciddiye alınmadım. Aynı apartta kaldığım bir İngiliz bir İsveç ve bir Türk arkadaşımda hiç ama hiç memnun olmadiklarini söylediler.

Veldig hyggelige folk som jobber der. Hotellet i seg selv har veldig enkel standard, men utrolig bra. Maten er fantastisk god. Renhold på rommet blir gjort daglig og er bra utført.
