Really bad hotel, my friend and I were sick with food poisoning for three days. There were plates and food on every floor, it was such a dirty place. Not enough seats at the restaurant for the guests, the same food was served every day, we didn’t eat there for the last four days because every thing was so disgusting. Would definitely not recommend this hotel, the only good thing is the location:)

Ikke et hotel vi vil anbefale

Da vi tjekkede ind fik vi et værelse til 2 og vi var 3 personer, det var lille og mørkt, altanen havde udsigt til en væg, vi fik heldigvis et større værelse dagen efter, men vi havde nærmest ikke sovet den første nat, og var nød til at spørge efter en ekstra pude og tæppe. Noget af personalet var virkelig hjælpsomme og imødekommende, andre knap så servicemindede. Der var kaos under frokosterne og aftensmaden, svært at finde et bord at sidde ved, der var også meget larm og støj i lokalet, lange køer. Standen i nærheden af hotellet er der mange sten, så skal længere væk for at finde en mere lækker strand. Hvis vi skal afsted til Alanya igen, så skal det være en anden del af byen.

It had 4 stars but it was more like a hostel

The worst hotel i have been in Turkey. It was disgusting, not clean at all. The elevator didnt work. Small pool. The towels, the bed sheets all was dirty.

Problemer under opholdet ved Arsi HOTEL (Alanya, Tyrkiet) Som det første ankommet vi kl. 1 om natten, med tre børn (4 mdr., 3 og 6 år gammel). Vi bliver vist til et værelse, som ikke er klar til gæster. Ingen dyner (tæpper), håndklæder på badeværelset samt INGEN babyseng, som ellers lovet efter at have ringet dagen forinden og sagde det var vigtigt, når vi kom så sent. Vi får at vide at vi først kan få en babyseng den efterfølgende dag, fordi den kommer fra et andet hotel, da deres var optaget og det accepterer vi. Efter fire dage har vi stadig ikke fået den og selv fundet anden løsning, selv efter flere forsøg i receptionen. Da vi får lys på værelset næste morgen og vil pakke ud, er værelset slet ikke rengjort. Der ligger ispinde, tomme dåser og der er et tykt lag støv overalt. Dertil lever senge (1 dobbeltseng (sovesofa) samt 2 enkelt senge ikke op til det vi får på vores værelse jf hotel.com’s beskrivelse. Vi kommer og ser et lille værelse med 2 enkelt senge samt en køjeseng. Derudover er standen på værelset dårlig - gulvet har vandskader og er gået op i samlingerne og buler mange stedet. Generelt er det slidt og i ringe stand. Hotellet er ikke voldsomt booket de første tre dage og har ikke de store problemer her, udover at deres cola og cola zero automat bryder ned flere gange om dagen. Så ønsker du ikke Fanta eller Sprite, kan du intet få at drikke udover vand. Herved deres cocktails som man skal betale ekstra for slet ikke er tilgængelige de mangler næsten alt alkoh

Für den Preis war es okay, Personal sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Essen ist sehr gut gewesen. Was ich leider zu schade fand das Menschen Zuviel voll ihre Teller voll machen und sich Zuviel holen was sie essen können, wird viel weggeschmissen
