Brand new home build in 2021, beautiful backyard to relax, close to Walmart and restaurants to the area. 20 minute drive to white sands and 45 minutes to cloudcroft. Great place for TDY in case of coming to holloman for training.

I rarely give five stars but this was an exceptional property for the value. Very clean, well furnished and stocked and the host had very timely responses. Clear communication with host, even extended our stay a couple of days. White Sands National Park was beautiful, good nearby food options - Les Combes was our favorite, great scenic rd near by was a great place to get a walk in. Lots to do nearby and quiet and safe neighborhood. Thank you!

We had a great vacation at Janiery's stay. It was the right size for our family. House was clean and the check in process was super smooth. The property is close to white sands national park and is close to walmart and dining places. The dryer was not working but the host informed us a day before our arrival.

The description says cozy, but it’s not a euphemism for small. This is a great place for a family. Very close White Sands and restaurants. The home itself is clean and in a quiet, safe location. Pretty close to the Walmart for groceries. Highly recommend.
