The property is beautiful with amazing views of Arenal from all rooms and the pool deck, main restaurant, etc. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the staff is wonderful. They all made sure to learn our names and greet us at every occasion. The only things I'd call out for improvement is that there is not much variety for dinner options, particularly at the grill where there's a set sharing menu, the pathways could be better lit and not being able to flush toilet paper was an unpleasant surprise, but one that I suspect is less optional than it is due to the plumbing conditions.

You cannot beat the views from the property. Staff was super friendly and food was really good. They have a good breakfast with variety of options. It is about 10 minutes from town so you would need a car or to get a taxi every time you go. Ubers are cheaper. Room was great and spacious, my kids loved the jacuzzi in the room. The only downside is that the tv is out of date and small.

Beautiful location and very eco friendly. Exceptional hot springs connected with hotel that can be used by guests as well as on site hot springs. Lovely view of the volcano, amazing in room hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful resort with great views. Some minor issues with electricity shutting off and hot tub in room needing to be reset, but they fixed immediately. Highly recommend the spa on the property!!

We had an amazing view of Arenal volcano! The grounds were magnificent! The food was excellent, best salmon Ive had at the main restaurant. We had great massages, loved the hot springs and truly a great experience all around. Great location to all the fun things!

We loved this place so much. Solid 4.5 stars. The location was great. The grounds were beautiful. Pool and hot springs were fabulous. The only downside was the lunch and dinner food on site. The breakfast (which was included) was fantastic and great every day. Staff were lovely as well.

Amazing hotel. I would absolutely stay here again if I were to be in La fortuna. They had a lot of hot spring options and it’s a good location near the volcano. Beautiful hotel views. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was sooo good. Usually most hotels that offer that never have anything too fresh but this hotel has such fresh food and so many options. By far one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

I was very happy that we stayed at this resort. It wasn’t crowded. The pools/Hot Springs had enough space for everyone to be spread out. The resort was very pretty had large greenery. It’s 15 minutes to La Fortuna by car. the 2 big nearby resorts looked very crowded and busy so I appreciated the quietness of this resort. The rooms overlooked the volcano. We used the Jacuzzi in the room the first night we got there and then we use the hot outside. I would definitely go back here.
